to familiar with the hvac system, its operating requirement and acteristics, so as to operate in strict compliance with requirement

 coordinate with electrician to perform the monthly fire fighting pumps testing 
与电工协调每月进行消防管道测试
对各类机器设备进行维护和保养：洗衣房设备、厨房设备、暖气设备、空调、制冷系统、水处理系统、发电机以变电设备
checks monthly fire extinguisher 
每月测试消防工具
 checks and makes repairs on general plumbing systems, and fixtures such as pipe lines, toilers, and sinks 
检查并维修管道系统，及设施，例如“管道、厕所、排水”
 to practice sofitel standard during course of duty 
在工作中按索菲特对客服务满意标准的要求服务客人
 advises on improvements to present mechanical systems 
对现有的电气系统提出改进意见
to attend to guest request and complaints promptly and efficiently to avoid inconvenience or discomfort 
满足客人的需要，及时有效地解决客人的投诉，避免为客人造成不便和不适
 to practice and make recommendations to engineer on energy conservation improvement 
在能源节约和设备改良方面进行探索和实践，积极向工程师提出合理化建议
 assists project engineers/maintenance engineers on renovation works or expansion of hotel facilities,
协助项目工程师/维护工程师进行设施的修复或者扩展工作
