Responsibilities 主要职责描述：

n Analyze the annual procurement of imported parts and formulate the annual localization source development plan and localization cost reduction plan

对年度进口件采购进行分析并制定年度国产化货源开发计划及国产化降本计划

n Cooperate with the sourcing manager and cross-functional team to complete the sourcing development of localization parts and the price setting of new parts

协同货源主管及跨职能团队完成国产化零件的货源开发及新零件价格制定

n Be responsible for the development of local supply of emergency imported parts

负责紧急进口件的国产化货源开发

n Support the development of new parts in VPI/VPC and other key projects cost control

支持VPI/VPC及其他重要项目的新零件货源开发及成本控制

n Identifies, plans, and implements continuous improvement opportunities within purchasing processes

识别、计划和实施采购流程中的持续改进机会

n Promotes alignment of category strategies with business and cross-functional teams

与跨职能团队一起促进品类策略与业务的协同一致；

n Drive total cost TCO reductions across end-to-end value chain

推动整个端到端价值链的TCO总成本降低

n Promotes alignment of review the supplier’s performance and risks evaluation, make mitigation plan and promote them improvement

与跨职能团队一起对供应商进行业绩评价，制定风险控制计划并促成供应商改进；

n Be responsible for business negotiation and signing contract with suppliers.

Education

n University, or equivalent Bachelors degree or above in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines is required.

Experience

n Prior engineering/technology equivalent work experience in a relevant discipline area and knowledge of MS Office tools is preferred
